Stars and Flowers
Embossing in high and low relief in one single piece of russet hide. Each flower is also engraved and tooled and the background is stamped with a metal punch (hierro), hand dyed with four basic colours

Multiplicity
The geometric pattern of this mural for a company's headquarters is delineated by tooling and stamping on the background. This single piece of russet hide is hand dyed with mixed dyes in two basic colours (1600mm x 840mm).

Disposition
In the form of a prayer rug, this hanging consists of a central calligraphy in Thulti style, pyro-engraved, set within a niche that has a tooled and gilt geometric pattern, with an outer border of engraved and gilt stars on one single piece of russet hide (1600mm x 700mm).
The text from the Qur’an, Sura 17, Verse 84, translates thus: “Say: Everyone acts according to his own disposition: But your Lord knows best who it is that is best guided in the Way."

The Straight Path
Commissioned by a luxury Middle Eastern hotel this panel has engraved letters, a tooled background and ink colouring on a white sheepskin (860mmx280mm).
Original calligraphy in Persian with a verse from Saadi of Shiraz: “I have never seen a man lost who was on a straight path”.
Number 1 in a limited series of 3.
